René Redzepi, chef-owner of the four-time World's Best Restaurant, Noma, has launched his Vild Mad initiative to educate children and adults about the food that surrounds them. At a special #50BestTalks event in Barcelona in June 2017, he spoke about the importance of foraging to discover, taste and explore wild food. The event was part of The World's 50 Best Restaurants 15th Anniversary celebrations, presented by Miele.

question: René, are you going to make an app for entire Europe aswel? or at least in Holland. I love the initiative. Also, a lot of Denmarks landscape is quite the same as we have here. so it would be "easier" to initiate one for the dutch. Probs for what you're doing out there.

truely , what he says is right, but do you believe him? .... nothing he says, he doesnt believe himself .... very sad,.... just beeing a marionete for the investors ... just ask yourself .... "coming from macedonia - gettin discriminated and nobody wants him, suddenly over night .... he became a star??? its not magic wonderland .... its the power of money ...
