@@ricksurratt9034 it's absolutely phenomenal! 😎👌A masterpiece! To start with I was a bit underwhelmed musically, (I was expecting hip hop) you build up ideas of what to expect, in your own mind over months of speculation. But for what Ren had written for money game PT 3 it's a great piece of Classical music alone. Then you add the storytelling and visuals on top of that and it's jaw dropping! Gripping stuff just like the tales! I'm glad I was wrong he keeps me guessing 😂

50-year-old broken woman here. Got ill at 40 with autoimmune and connective tissue and pain disorders as well as a resurgence of mental illness that had been under control before the grinding everyday pain....I was heading up. Now I'm broken and broke, and I can only lie here in my sick bed and wish I had all those moments back. The ones where I wished away the boring moments until breaktime, vacation, workday ending, waiting in line etc.... all those pain-free moments that I just wished away without even hesitating. What I wouldn't give for ten minutes of boredom without pain. Who cares about money as long as you have enough. quality of life isn't determined by how much stuff you have, but by how much you can enjoy your life. Stuff is so overrated. When my son was in the hospital battling leukemia, I had to fight my agoraphobia just to get to be by his side. I fought through my own body and mental pain because my 26 (at the time) year old son was battling for his life. (He's two years in remission now, thank God). I had to fight myself to be able to be by my son's hospital bed every day because I was broken. What I wouldn't give to be able to just go like a good parent and be there without fear for myself, just fear for him. What kind of mom is that way? I did it, I fought through it, but what I wouldn't trade to be able to have done it without the internal battle. People don't know how to savor the time they have. I know I didn't. And now, after a decade of pain every single day, there's little left to enjoy. I savor the time spent with my son when he visits. The time with my bf when I'm awake and he's not working. But the time in between, if only I could have the pain-free time back, I'd never complain about being bored. I'd write a book, visit my mom, go to a restaurant, do all the things that I was too busy to do before because i was waiting for something better to do. What a waste. Here's hoping the brilliance in Ren's message reaches society and they actually hear it.... before it's too late, and like the mold in the petri dish, we consume ourselves to death. I hope this isn't as garbled as I feel like it is. Sometimes the meds make me unclear. Bless you all and enjoy all the in-betweens. You'll miss them later. ❤

@darko7360 aw thank you. Definitely don't feel very strong. It's been a hard road, and I learned too late to enjoy what I had. I pray, though, that my failures can guide someone else. Maybe show others enough to know not to waste the tiny moments. That's why Ren gives me hope. His talent and skills and storytelling have the potential to reach SO many people. All I can do is make my little story in his comments and maybe boost the importance of his message. God bless you, and I hope you see all the small moments and the beauty contained in each one. 🌻

@@NixyRose72 As another disabled person I felt the need to reach out to you. You can still do those things you were too busy to do before. It may have to be adapted or reworked, but we can still have goals despite our disabilities. I hope you get to accomplish yours 😊. Mine used to be to go back my "normal" long ago, now it's simply to walk unassisted more than 10ft without collapsing while we find creative ways to work around that particular issue.

@a_person_with_thoughts4046 Thank you for reaching out. I'm trying to get past the mourning stage. I still grieve the loss of who I was. I'm working with a therapist (zoom is a helpful tool for keeping me from canceling appointments lol) to make small goals towards accepting myself now instead of trying to get back what I can never have again. It's one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I have days where I'm determined and I take those baby steps. But then there are the days where I just lie in bed and can't even bring myself to hope or care. Right now, there's more of the latter, but I'm working on trying to rebalance. Unfortunately, this time of year is my worst enemy (second only to myself). So I'm fighting on several fronts. I'm just trying to survive the holidays and then try to inch forward again. I wish you the best on your journey, and thank you again. Sometimes, reaching out is more important than people know. Sometimes, a hand held out is the lifeline that someone needs. Keep reaching out to those you think might benefit. It helps. God bless and gentle hugs 🌻

Comment for support! I really enjoyed this one. Both your reaction of not being able to stop, but also part 3. It sure is one hell of a bang to end the money game series on. Also, great take on pursuit. I think one key is to change the mindset from end goal to curiosity about a subject. Be suprised and in awe for every new thing you learn and master. Do you know how to sing a C? Be amazed the moment you hit an C# or an F and dont think about what may lay ahead of that. If you're still interested in singing, explore like you're indiana jones in a deep djungle. And YES. Lift others. If everyone shares their sholder for someone to lean on, the human race would have no limits.

Chris, you do not shy away from taking something like this and making it personal. That helps us do the same, not just to listen then move on to the next track in the playlist, but to digest the truths and ideals that Ren skillfully and artfully presents and think on these noble and right things in a way that impacts our lives. Really strong point you highlight via Knox, about killing something about you and not you. When a young rapper sadly took his life, I noticed a comment from one of his young friends. 'I don't think he wanted to die, he wanted to stop thing/s he could not deal with'. May sound simple, but a realisation not finding space in sad hearts and minds. Thanks for your depth and sharing 💛

The perfect reaction and analysis Chris! I honestly believe that, given half a chance, Ren and Sam could turn both Broadway and Indie Cinema upside down. THESE are the stories we need to hear... ones that follow us home from the theatre, and take root in our psyche. Ren and Sam are telling us the stories that truly matter. F**k "Annie" and "Hamilton" ... we all know that the world needs to change, urgently - and what is music and art, if not transformative? We don't need distraction, we need truth. And who better, to tell it? We stand in the presence of a multi-talented genius, and I cannot wait to see what they tackle next.

Yes. A mini-movie with a maxi-message { The amazng Dimash is saying much the same about how we're headed in the wrong direction and need to change course. In a very different way! See his 'Story of One Sky') Beyond being a mega-talented creative artist, Ren is first and foremost a Story-Teller. As one Reactor put it; he's giving us a modern take on an old style Parable. You're right. Ren is a Powerful Social Commentator, but, instead of lecturing he just lays out the whole picture with a central character that we can all recognise. He shows various facets of each, never perfectly evil or good, but like most of us; flawed. As in his Jenny, Screech and Violet'sTale (a masterpiece I thought was some kind of 'pinnacle'!} Ren demonstrates how - many perpetrators are victims also, and the pathways that lead them there. What's really exciting to observe is that Ren is just getting started!

Look, the money game is literally the air we breathe; there's no escaping it having a fundamental influence on us. Yes; willing or not, passively or actively, we're all involved in the money game. It's forced on us. However When you know better, start doing better, right? Look for ways you can start withdrawing your "lifeblood" - your energy/participation/labour - from supporting the money game. You might not be able to make huge strides with that - so any of us are literally trapped in it because we have so few options in life - but if you make some small changes where you can - purposeful changes that are meaningful to you because they mean that you're TRYING; you've STARTED, even though maybe it feels futile and maybe they feel inconsequential in the grand scheme of things - you ARE working on doing better, now that you know better. The alternative is what? To know better and to ignore it all? That contributes to the huge moral injury you have to cope with going forward, even if you try to banish the thought/refuse to accept that you're playing a part in the money game. Even if what you can change feels futile, or insignificant, make the change for *you.* For your *soul.* To be a good ancestor.

The alignment with the "most probable" meaning for the end, and that's the brilliance in this masterpiece, we all look in the mirror as Ren did at the beginning and take in our own experiences through the journey and instead of complaining about all the things we can't change, concentrate on the things we can, Rens message 9:00 story to the wise..... Great work Chris! I have said several times in my reactions that Ren is the rising tide that raises all ships, which is analogous to your take at the end, proving that he is walking the walk. Leading by example.

14:10 From Ren's song Depression "Constant stressing conceals blessings, You will grow in broken settings" Ren wrote that at his worst, a resigned but hopeful FU to the depression his suffering wrought upon him... Chris, from my own experience I know the suffering I survived didn't just shape me, it defined me... Whether we give up or rise again, it defines us & until we face it, we will never know what we can be. I'm sure Ren is telling us that here.

I leave this comment on every reactor, cuz I think it's the point.... How many of us will be impacted anaugh by this masterpiece to make change on our daily live? We all apllaude Ren but how much are we cuting off the money game? I do, and I will, buying from local production, quiting all the amazon and walmart of this world, not changing my phone befor it's realy need to be change, buying drift close and furniture as much as I can. Funny how all those little thing are good for the environement as well. More money in my pocket.. to be able to help other who are in need. At the end of my game I'll have nothing left but God know's I'll be happier. Peace to everyone 💐

I got this "did you know, you can play hundrets of songs on the piano just by learning four chords?" ad where they advertise for a piano learning program. So when Ren started Money Game by playing the piano in this reaction, he put the expectations extremely high for the ad haha

Ren explained on his twitch stream the entire thing was recorded live, and only had 1 cut (towards the end when the camera shows the back of the wheelchair). The Mic was hidden and disguised as a lapel to begin. When they did the only cut with the back of the wheelchair they hid the microphone inside of his neck tie. They had to move it because Ren takes off his jacket at one point and for the water scene they needed to protect the mic more so they hid it in his neck tie with plastic water protection.

You cant go living without being part of the money game in most parts of the world, so as we all have to take part of it someway, i think you should make sure, that some of it goes to your heart, and not just the pursue of money, we all need money, but we dont need it at any cost, and we dont need a mountain of gold. You could proberly also get this mountain of gold, and also be happy, but you need to have heart in it somewhere, if you dont have that, you got to stop up..

What's weird for me tonight is...I was just watching Johnny Cash - HURT. His cover of the N.I.N's song but Cash made it his own (according to the creator). Recorded when he knew his wife was soon to die and he probably knew he didn't have long himself, he looks back at his life and realises what's really important.

It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to listen to Ren and watch how he delivers it without getting chills and well up. It’s a story that has so much truth embedded in it. I hear a little piece of every song in every song- a word phrasing, a line, an image, a melody. In the very beginning I hear the beautiful arpeggios of For Joe, and the the vocal melody as well. Then of course it’s the melody humming from MG pt1. The literal “RAIN RAIN RAIN”.

And it’s precisely the journey that Ren suffered through and continued on that led him RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW. He has said that during his video when he hit 1M SUBSCRIBERS and again during recent interviews- that regardless of how much work he put into Sick Boi, some tracks dating back to 2015, he owes so much to the support of his friends and crew that helped him create his vision for the videos, to the KZfaq community who expanded his audience by reacting to his music ( with Hi Ren as a launching pad), and his fans who have always shown up in the comments section with so much gratitude, love , and 99.9% of positivity) providing him ( AND EACH OTHER ) with a community. Every artist thanks their fans. But they are working with a literal TEAM of PR, managers, agents etc for promotions. I am proud beyond words ! Ren gave us a gift , of understanding and acceptance. We created a community based on those principles. And together, ALL OF US, played a part in Sick Boi hitting #1 on UK charts.

Ren is in community building, creating collective processes, like the ones you took part in, solving riddles collectively, which you couldn't do alone. That is his answer. Just do it together, unite instead of divide...

This video is deceptively deep, as your reaction emphasizes. Forty years ago I had a similar encounter when I filled in, as an administrative assistant, for someone who was taking her annual summer vacation. The client was a mortgage broker, first name "King" (really!). He had a second assistant-his eight-year-old son who arrived each morning, intently serious, in a suit and tie, carrying his own briefcase. The boy quietly performed his assigned work while I did mine. He needed minimal supervision. (That vignette became fodder for thought for me, for my entire life since.)

Someone once said to me “it’s all about our journey not our destination” and with the beautiful reaction & insight you provided, I remembered that each breath, each step along the journey counts, maybe they provide us with beautiful opportunities to do better for ourself and for our world in every moment. Your reaction reminded of this and I thank you and of course the remarkable Ren for the reminder. If nothings else I try and expect nothing more than doing the best I can in every passing moment and that I pray will be enough to offer us all some peace when the time comes for each of us hang up our hats on our last dance
