Patient needs to flex hips during abdominal palpation to relax the abdominal muscles.

This student is performing a complete exam of the GI syst and not the renal “system” (the kidney is not a system)

You should've followed the IAPP sequence for the abdomen examination. Ausculation first before palpation.

what you called Murphy sign we use for gallbladder, the CVAT percussion we call Giordano sign

It will be much more difficult to hear renal artery (or aortic) burits after you have induced increased bowel activity by palpation. Palpatory technique was not good.

Spleen is difficult to palpate in the majority of pts, first put the patient in Sims position

fine tremor should be tested with paper. the oral part should be examined with pen torch.
