The Renault Kadjar is the French brands offering when it comes to the hugely popular crossover market.
While petrol versions exist, in this video I'm testing the 115bhp diesel version in two different versions of trim level.

hows the 1.3TCe motor? isit enough for the weight of the vehicle? peppy? I dont expect supercar performance but hope its good enough to be encouraging in traffic.

Hi thanks for the review , did you notice any significant difference in the signature model with the 19" alloys in terms of road noise / bumps etc ?

MRBraveheartscot not a huge difference, still decent tyre profile on the 19s so it didn’t feel overly harsh. Look a LOT better too!

Great review!!Thinking of getting one next year don’t know what trim to go for,like the gt line to be honest. was wondering with 19 inch wheels I’m worried about road noise and ride and of course price of tires when they need replaced. love the iron blue👍

Can the gps be zoomed in or out with actual physical buttons, on the steering wheel for example? I noticed there is a wheel knob on one of the stalks. I am picking up my karjar next week.

Size wise they're similar but engine wise you're quite different. What petrol head would say no to a 1.6 turbo?!

Had a loaner of a Kadjar and a Qashai and found the Renault infotainment system far better than Nissan’s offering.

Ive got the old 1.2TCe and I love the car but hate the cup holder position, really makes changing gears awkward after going to McDs

Just to say Sir; a car like the Kadjar would be so far off my radar the Hubble would need to be employed to look for it(mixed metaphors ahoy :)), but I'll always watch regardless, as you give great review.

Can't remember it being above normal, I would've mentioned it in the video if I felt it was loud. All depends on the brand of tyre though too!

Compare them side to side as I did recently. Obviously you'll need to tick off what you need. However, quite simply the Renault felt cheap by comparison particularly in respect of the inside finish. Too many swathes of black plastic and the level of equipment compared to the Connecta model is poor.
