It is not necessary, just cut the two wires if you are going to weld outside the car.

What was the problem at the Beginning So you bypassed the cable

Yes, when the sensor is connected to the cable, it loses contact. Just reconnect and everything will be fine.

Hi, is it PTC or NTC? What is the resistor value of it?

As shown in the video, It's a NTC. At room temperature for me it was 2.3 K

It is located next to the gas pedal, on the side of the a/c box.
