I think her greatest fault was that she had the need to express every thought in her head like Sushmita Sen. She could have reached greater heights if she had employed a more diplomatic strategy like Sridevi, Madhuri and Rani did during the beginning of their careers. She was way too intelligent for the men around her and naive enough to show it,

"Achievements and failures,once you are gone, aren't really going to match up.You take nothing with you.You get very few moments in life to reach out and really do something for someone,those are the moments that make LIFE and if I cant do that then I am not living"-Golden words by Lara.

She's very articulate in her thoughts. The emptiness inside is a craving to get closer to God because really we will just return back to Him. Movies haven't done justice to Lara's persona; she's too underrated. Also Simi Garewal, you're so pretty and I love your questions. I don't think any show in the past or present has shown the personal side to actors. Usually people talk about upcoming films and rumors; but your questions really make the actor reflect and hence, we see their inner being..goals, dreams, thought process, outlook on life.. and that's what's so interesting!

This show has to be the best in this segment of talk shows. The honesty and depth that the guests were able to reach out to is indeed remarkable. They talk about their life and experiences and not about others. Like Simi has written in the comments, the attempt was to see the soul of a person, shows the pure intention behind the questions. One can see the connection between the host and the guest. Amazing job done :) Lara is such a wonderful person and one of the most articulate actors we have. The part where she speaks about helping Priyanka Chopra reflects on her value system. She has a beautiful soul behind that beautiful face. Focus on what you want to achieve but don't forget you are a human ,is such an inspiring line. Its mentioned in the comments, Star World, isn't interested in this show now, which is quite disappointing. Please try with other channels as many others have joined the english entertainment. There would be a few channels outside the Star umbrella. Hoping to see rendezvous with Simi again :)
