In the late 80's I worked at the Saw Mill River Country Club in Westchester, NY. There was a place on the second floor where you can look down and watch people play racquetball. I was watching this guy who was really good. One day, a Foreigner song comes on and this guy comes out of the court and starts singing along. Everyone stops and looks over and are amazed. I knew him as Mr Grammatico, I had no idea. And such a nice guy.

I remember when I was 8 years old going to Sharon's Shirt Shack in the small town I lived in...who sold t-shirts with super cool iron on decals. They also sold 33's and 45's in the other half of their store. There was a crowd around the records that day. Why? It was about a week after the release of Double Vision by Foreigner. I decided to skip the cool t-shirt and get that album instead. It was one of the last copies. I got home all excited and showed my brother who was 7 years older than me and had the awesome record player and speakers. He put it on and then we discovered "Hot Blooded". We must have played that song at least 100 times that day...my brother is gone now but those were THE BEST TIMES EVER :)
