0:01 This is Boss Room of Rennala. Main Boss of Raya Lucaria. 0:06 And it's filled to the brim with those creepy students. They are Rennala students that were reborn by her (she is basically a fetishist when it comes to pregnancy). As you can tell these students are pretty stable and there is nothing wrong with them. 0:10 There are A LOT of those. 0:12 And the one that sings is the one you need to kill. 1st phase basically has you killing 3 singing ones to damage main boss. Speaking of which. 0:16 This is Rennala. Queen of Full Moon and late wife of Radagon. She is of Carian family which became royalty because of her. She was once a brilliant mage who became top of the Raya Lucaria Academy and she lead her Carian Knights to fight against Golden Order because of Carian's connection to Lost Cities which were against it. Rennala one day fought against Radagon and two fell in love one the battlefield and their love created peace between Carians and Golden Order... At least that's what it looked like. Until Radagon left Rennala with the egg she holds here which may have made Rennala into what she is now. Radagon left her for Marika after Godfrey was banished from Lands Between. Her 3 children became part of Marika's family because of that and Rennala was essentially left mindbroken and alone which basically made Carians a non threat anymore to Greater Will and Golden Order putting into question if Radagon's "love" was love at all and not just a brilliant manipulation given that Radagon absolutely despises anything that is not of Golden Order like his Red Hair which are connected to another thing that is against Golden Order. In other words Radagon is a piece of shit and I may be wrong about that, but from everything I saw in the lore it all points towards this conclusion. 0:18 Back to the fight. You need to kill 3 singing students which may be hard to figure out for first time players. 0:21 This summon I believe is one of the bull people from Siofra River. A location we will see later maybe. 0:30 Some jolly cooperation in this school shooting. 0:34 Still didn't figure it out I guess. 0:41 Singing students attack you by throwing books and furniture at you. Quite annoying. 0:44 Rennala on the other hand throws chandelier at you. That one hurts. 0:46 Once you kill enough singing ones Rennala falls to the ground and you can hit her. 0:51 Yeah... annoying lock on system. 0:58 You hit her enough and 2nd phase starts (you may need to repeat school shooting 2-3 times to do that though without a good weapon). 2nd phase takes place in a illusion and the Rennala you fight there is an illusion as well created by Lunar Princess Ranni. Daughter of Rennala and Radagon and the only child we know kept in contact with her and was very close to her which may be partially because of Ranni and Rennala's connection to the Moon which may be another Outer God in Elden Ring. Ranni creates this illusion to protect her mother from you and show you who she used to be before Radagon. Further showing the tragedy of Rennala and how broken she is now. 1:01 The fight's setting is quite beautiful 1:04 And Queen starts it by using Kamehameha 1:06 Yeah... You have to repeat 1st phase too... And there is no stake of Marika outside of her boss room... or actually good shortcut. Quite annoying. Wait no... REALLY FUCKING ANNOYING!!!! 1:08 Thankfully DBZ reference is quite easy to dodge. 1:12 Which can't be said about the fucking dragon she can summon at half health (it may also be a giant or wolves). Good luck. 1:18 I feel you Carbot... Forgetting to put the elevator down... It's a pain. 1:20 I guess enough is enough and it's time for more jolly school shooting cooperation 1:26 This weapon is fun... and brutal. You can find it in Volcano Manor later in the game after you are invaded there. This weapon is used by Rykards inquisitors and yes... Rykard is her son and a weapon of his is used on his mom... It's a fun irony. 1:28 This weapon is also in Bloodborne and it looks and feels very gruesome. 1:30 TFW you see a principal turned into a pizza. 1:35 Wholesome 1:38 And yeah... Rennala is sad... REALLY sad character. After this fight she can also respec you if you have a special item you can find around the world. It's called Larval Tear and as you may guess it's dropped by living Indiana Jones balls. Obviously. 1:43 Also Rennala is high as fuck. She is stoned out of her mind after this fight.

I remember walking in there for the first time and thinking "what the HELL is this" and "what is happening right now" because I wasn't watching streamers yet as I didn't want things spoiled and this area was so bizarre. I absolutely got beamed right back to grace too. Such a great representation of a player's (highly probable) journey!
