Caramella Ranch is just between Damonte Ranch and Curti Ranch in South Reno. If you're thinking about moving or relocating to Reno and buying a home retirement home, this is the video for you. Got a question: Sierra Cyn Del Webb, does it get very windy ? if moderate than fine but I'm asking if it is excessive ?

Somersett/NW Reno can definitely be windier than many other parts of Reno. I wouldn’t say it’s excessive though.

Jed, this video is for people looking to purchase a home in 55+ active adult communities in Reno and Sparks. Sorry for the confusion. I am a real estate agent. I do not have experience in assisted living facilities, so I don't feel that I should try to educate people on that.

Hi Cynthia, that isn't something I can't talk about, unfortunately. They consider that steering. You will have to do a google search about crime rates. Sorry, I couldn't help you with that.

I get that there’s a pandemic going on but those streets look so empty. It’s like Reno turned into a ghost town.

These clips were recorded during the middle of the week, so there’s even less people walking around. Some of these neighborhoods are gated too. Reno definitely isn’t a ghost town. 😃
