Looks great! I agree about the balcony. I think for the Spanish look it should have like a very slight creamy yellowy undertone. That way it’ll be a warm tone (Spanish) rather than a cool tone (Hamptons).

Good job guys. I understand your pain. We always have built our homes but this time we bought acreage with a home & small factory for our business. We had to pull so much out & renovate. New kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, built a self contained unit for our 26 year old..We are still renovating & have to extend the factory plus get a pool & plenty of land to clean up for the wildlife to visit. It’s a dirty job & hard bloody work. We also let one of our married sons with 2 kids build a house on the land so they are debt free.. my hubby is like Lochy a hard worker & gives me the shit jobs like sanding floors on my knees & scrubbing & digging. Etc Etc. It’s been 3 years & we are still going.

I agree about the balcony being too stark white, I'd go a warmer white or a light cream type colour.

Incredible job guys. Forest’s tiles look amazing! Utterly gorgeous. The black frames are lovely with the paint scheme too. I’d not change a thing💜 I’d love to know what Lachy’s background/training is? Is he a carpenter and has just picked up all the building stuff along the way or did he do TAFE in building? I ask because my son is at uni doing construction management. I hope he ends up with the same level of skills as Lachy because it opens up so many door in the property field👌
