Every time na nag watch ako kay Miss Small, para akong sinasampal ng matinding kahirapan, but then it made me realize na pwede kong ma achieved ang pangarap kong umasenso sa buhay kasi na inspired ako sa kanya at humble siya kahit na nakahiga sa pera marespeto sa kapwa in all walks of life, at walang donya syndrome.

Depends on the country I guess. Here in the UK, to be addressed Sir/Dame is when you are knighted by Queen and/or King . You asked what their preference is and most of the time it’s their first name regardless of stature. To be safe, I start with Mr or Mrs and then ask for their preference.
