They paying for their own trip OR Grenada paying them to attend?? Everyone and anyone will accept free trips, accommodations and experiences. This paid for by citizens of Grenada.

You having this event at the most expensive place on the upland. The kind of food you vook with these types of foreign chefs is NOT the cooking that average normal everyday citizens would choose or could afford to do.
