Just moved here, and found rentals at $300 and under, 2 bed/2 bath. The entire area is cheaper, Coke here 13 pesos, and in the Centro area 30 pesos. Also, the people are realer and down to Earth.

You must be living in a local neighbourhoods where many people have been discouraged against. I think going off the beaten path can definitely save you lots of money.!

Look for anything under $300, then it is affordable, but$500 and up, then is not affordable for the locals!!

This video wasnt created for the locals. Also, there are many locals paying over $500 on rent. Not everyone is struggling financially.
