Even on this $1.4M home I can rent for $4500 over 10 years market conditions allow me to perform pretty well with 90% leverage because Orange County is averaging long term 7.0% (18% last year 🤯)
Expensive markets tend to lend themselves to a longer grace period where renting vs buying is a breakeven. But expensive markets are also known for consistent and stronger than national avg growth too!
Don’t buy a house til you’re ready, but also don’t forget to do the real world math where properties often appreciate too 😜
