Police say the two were a part of a larger group attempting to steal merchandise from a store in Renton. When confronted by store employees, the suspects attacked them.

What insurance when they steal prices go up to cover losses and the employees and working communities and those on limited budgets foot the bill. And if they get caught, they just get let right back out. I wouldn't risk my life, but we the people are the "insurance".. I work at a grocery store i see it everyday.

The insurance argument is irrelevant. 1. No employee should have to risk their life over anything. 2. Insurance is irrelevant. If the store has it, there is a deductible, the store still takes a hit. If the store keeps taking too many hits, at some point the insurance fees will either be too expensive to be insured or no insurance company will offer insurance for that area/store anymore.

@@weisserth I didn't know this!!! Now I'm more pissed my big bosses wanted us to actually stop shoplifters! I refused after someone threatened to stab my coworker....they have so much money, and lives are priceless.

Call the Hawaiian/ Samoan police department and go wait at the airport 😂😂 you know they already prepared to leave. Better yet, have the news stations in the Hawaiian/Samoan regions air this information and you know their family is going to air them out😂

Man I've shop lifted before and I understand it's 🗑️, but never in my wildest dreams would I think of assaulting the person who's caught me.. What I don't get is why were all supposed to be inclusive and not profile people like this 😆.. these people are exactly why eventually you gotta grow up and stop thinking you're a thug.. what kind of thug shoplifts?
