@@randomprozimity fr I hope jpop can be just as mainstream as kpop someday and yeah i love kpop too but i wish jpop were just as popular :D I thought the hype from the animation meme community helped back In 2016-2018 but i think many forgot about artist like reol and fake type even though or it might be the fact that the animation meme community is kinda non-existing at the moment? 🥲 At least Ado is helping bring back the mainstream jpop hype so that way maybe then I could actually talk about jpop with people and they would know what I'm talking about

Honestly, it's about fucking time. She's been flying under the radar for years but in more recent times she's been taking strides to break out. Honestly I'm not that surprised Riot picked her up for this, they've been known to think outside of the box, and the artists they've been going after are all over the shop. I only hope she gets a lot more recognition from this, she's incredibly underrated, and deserves a bigger spotlight.
