Laws apply to everybody, and no-one is above the law. A person breaks the law, or they don't break the law. Whether you intend to break the law, or not, is irrelevant. Ignorance of the law excuses not and is not a defense for breaking a law. When you destroy evidence, and tell lies, that is a clear indication that you know you broke the law and are now trying to conceal that fact. So remove her security clearance immediately, and charge her. Enough double talk, mumbo jumbo legal bullshit, and double standards.

A witness before this committee is at a great disadvantage. Gowdy was a prosecutor for 15 years before becoming a member of congress. He is trained and experienced at manipulating witnesses and evidence. In his role in these hearings, he acts like he still is a prosecutor cross-examining a witness.
