'I'm not a securities lawyer..' What the hell. You don't have to be a lawyer, much less a securities lawyer to know this. To have his job, he should have a securities background. And most banks that have an advising entity require at least 2 licenses to be obtained by its advisers. Funny, his employees who are making around 50k to start know this aspect of his job better than he does.
