Wireless air mouse troubleshooting
1. Why does my wireless air mouse respond slowly?
Make sure that your WIFI is good and the distance between your mouse and its receiver is within 10 meters.
A. If the mouse works slowly, maybe you have set a slow speed for the mouse. Here's how to change the cursor speed:
From slow to fast: press OK and volume Up keys at the same time, the blue lights start flashing, the lights went out the cursor pointer faster.
From fast to slow: press OK and volume Down keys at the same time, the blue light flickered on, the lights went out the cursor pointer speed slower.
B. If both the keyboard and mouse work slowly, maybe the receiver has quality problem.
2. I cannot connect the controller to my device.
If there is no connection between the mouse and your smart device, please re-code the wireless air mouse:
Press the volume Up and Down buttons simultaneously, leave the buttons until the blue light flashing (keep the air mouse and receiver closely), then plug the USB receiver to your device, the connection finish after the blue light turns off.
