I open up a Croc Classic Hair Straightener to find out why it no longer turns on. After finding the broken wires, I replaced them and resembled it.

Just fixed my croc true silk straightener! Apparently the swivel cord was loose inside. Thank you for showing me how to open my straightener to fix the problem! I’m super excited I don’t have to spend 100 dollars on another one! 🤗🤗🤗

It was my sisters a few years ago && someone stepped on it an hasnt wrked since!! For years its been just sitting around I found it an she told me I could have it that her friend stepped on it so wont wrk. I need this straightner to wrk. I hope it can be fixed its way more than a 1 yr old so I can't send back for repair!.

Just plugged it up blue light comes on.. Turned it on.. Red numbers came on, I think the only prob is the blaid attached to the side with the control buttons on it is lose like slideable its not detached but it moves around.. Could you explain to me how to fix that or a video thanks😃

Hi there, Im hoping you could please help me with fixing my avanti croc flat iron. I dropped it on the floor and when that happened the power button pushed in and it won’t come back out like the up and down arrows are. How can I fix that? Would you have an idea?

I would start with trying to take the case apart to see if the buttons just got jammed out of alignment. I'm guessing that model would come apart very similarly to the one in the video. Just remember to unplug it before you attempt the repair. Best of luck!

I took it apart but a spring came out and I don’t know where it goes??

After a few of being on it says error (err) beeps an shuts off lmao sorry so many comments just noticing everything as I type N mess with it.. Is it fixable?

Hey, It's hard to say what you have to do to fix it but since it was stepped on, a wire/solder connection could be broken. I would open it up (follow along with how I opened up mine) and look carefully for anything electrical out of place. While you are in there, look to see why the blade is loose. Maybe you can super glue something to prevent it from sliding around too much. Good luck!

I connected mine in Ireland and suddenly turns down, and once I got back to Mexico I have tried to find who could fix it but I can't find anyone, do you think that could be more than a disconnected wire? your opinion please.

Unfortunately I don’t have this unit anymore so I’m not sure what kind of tape was in there. I wonder if some kapton tape would work? amzn.to/3pTuwMq. I’m not sure if they make make any that are double sided.
