I think the reason the head motor squeaks is because the brushes are not touching the commutator correctly.

The Santa may need less power to run well than the rockin Randall does, if you really wanna see if the battery’s were low you’d need a battery tester

My rocking Randall try’s to sound when button is pushed but doesn’t, replaced batteries as well nothing, what do you think the problem is?

I think that motor in the head its dead because if you put alot of oil it should move perfect

The reason the head is slow is the motor is either bad or you put the wrong motor shaft gear in

If you replaced the motor shaft it's to small try using a 9 tooth or 10 tooth or that motor is bad
