Who knew there were so many different versions of 14" Pavilion 360, all built slightly differently! I had to try following a few other videos until I found a version close enough to mine, but your video was the one, thanks Dale. Good, clear instructions, easy to follow and really helpful. One thing maybe worth noting: I managed to unscrew and change the battery without undoing those 3 wires, so it's possible - a little fiddly but I wasn't so confident unhitching and the wires without damaging them.

your looks just like mine but mine the bottom will easily pop off once the 6 screws are removed I went to HP support to verify my battery based on exact model number . I was trying to remove top as shown here and tthought something was wrong. I flipped it over and bingo the bottom slipped right off. No cable ribbions and just remove and replace battery. So not all 360 convertibles are the same

But why did I find THIS tutorial AFTER I messed up 😭😂😂 Dude this is the only tutorial where they mention the relevance of not dropping the screws on the board.

Can you help me? For some reason I can not get the front to snap together-there is a gap and it is not affecting the clicking part of the mouse pad. I’ve tried so many times and I just can not get that part. New battery replaced and works fine- help please?
