Most of the time problem is fixed replacing T-con or resetting lvds cables...putting pressure on tabs with 3m tape...

my Samsung tablet is looking the same though i won't mess with it. Also flashes while retaining the image periodically, best visible with brighter items in video, permanently a little sharper since the problem. And, i wonder if something missed me to hit it or just a holle special, you won't get to miss out the real double feature day, not drunko-day with the layers peeled back if you see what am seeing, opt-out up in there.
