Yeah the tilt rotor slowly makes its way into other countries. Its mostly common in china and japan, but i already saw them in Europe and the US as well but not as much. And yeah, they REALLY save a lot of time AND add a lot more options to the excavator. I mean, being able to rotate your bucket/attachment 360 degrees, tilt it sideways for 45 degrees maybe more, and the grapple that some tilt rotors come with come SO handy its incredible. A well skilled operator can eat his lunch with one of those for sure.

@wxfield
@wxfield 11 ай бұрын
We solved this problem on our farm by burying old tires about 30-50cm below the grade of the road. The tires hold the culvert in place, they also keep the road very stiff. We fill-in the tires with gravel and then backfill over the tires and culvert with about 30-50cm of dry "road mix" which is stone dust, crushed 1/2" stone, and some soil/clay mixed in. We have areas that are 60 years old now and the culvert never washes out. We also place a heavy cable through the culvert and wire mesh on the ends in case beavers get any ideas.

With your blasting, you can substantially reduce the danger of flying rock by covering the rock with a big pile of soft soil (after you have drilled the holes and inserted explosive and wired it up). You have an excavator - hence easy to do. This is what they do when blasting rock in built up areas. It stops the rock fragments in its tracks - absorbs the shock.
