Should always be filled with de ironised water! would not have this problem for years to come 100%! inhibitor and water splits and is not very effective

I couldn't see the earthing cable. Does it not need one? What if this element corrodes and makes the radiator live?

Anyone else when using the knives wire strippers accidentally cut the single cores aswell , always doing this am I putting to much pressure on ?
