If you leave, always, always, double check the breaker is off, as i have personally seen people turn the breaker back on and not tell you.

Can I ask an honest question? How much did you charge for that. I know a new oven isn’t cheap, but you went to the job, diagnosed the problem, went back to the job, and fixed said problem. Maybe 2-3 hours of work? I charge $100 an hour for contracting work. Your a skilled craftsman you can be far off from that. I guess it is cheaper but at that point of the appliances life are you just waiting for the next $300 bill? Seriously just asking because I’m curious. Love your vids man

The whole project start to finish was about an hour. The shop is less than a mile away. And the stove was on a second floor apartment and I did not want to have to carry a stove up those stairs.

I'm an electrician and I under charge people. I do it for absolutely no reason except that I don't want to seem rude or seem that I think my time is worth more than other electricians. Any tips? Also, I charge by the job because if by the hour I feel rushed. By the job I don't feel like the customer is counting the amount of trips to the truck I make. I don't know why I posted this here, lol. It's 3am, I need sleep

How do you disconnect the wires? Thats what I need to see. Can't get them off.

Sometimes they are stuck on there pretty good. You can either pull the back cover off of the stove to access the terminals or you can pull the oven elements into the oven and disconnect them that way sometimes it requires a flat head screwdriver to get some more leverage, but be careful not to break the terminals

I have a stand up freezer that keeps freezing a iceball on the outside back of the freezer and melting making a mess on my floor. What could be the issue?

Your issue is that the defrost drain line is plugged.

I don’t have a video on that, but normally you can just use a piece of high temperature wire, not sure who would have it locally but it could be purchased online.

Hopefully someone is monitoring this. Bottom element caught on fire and fried in several places. Ordered new and replaced it. All hooked up and closed up but does not heat! Any suggestions?? I’m lost, stove works great, clock etc. but no oven. Please help!!

Do you have 240 V when the oven is calling for heat? If not start tracing that backwards and see where you’re not getting a connection.

Genuinely curious, where are you located?! I've watched a lot of your videos in the last couple days and some of these repairs I can do/have done myself and some of them I don't have the equipment, tools, knowhow, experience or the confidence to do while you obviously do. I would be more than happy to be allowed to be fit into your schedule at your convenience if you are anywhere near me (in Michigan which I do understand is highly unlikely) but I figured I wouldn't lose anything by asking. Thank you for these videos!
