did you try a different mass air flow sensor, or even something as simple as unplugging it? on this car the MAF goes bad and it doesn't throw any codes but the car runs funny or just doesn't start. My car crank but won't start after sitting for 2 weeks, no codes. unplugged MAF it starts right up, and now it throws a code about MAF since it's unplugged.

I have exactly the same car 2005 rough idel bad gear change auto just changed transmission fluid and breather pipe and runs lovely now I did try another of other things but hope thi helps someone
