Replacing Rear Axle Bearings on Polaris Trail Boss! STUCK AXLE NUT!!!

Жыл бұрынThis Polaris Trail Boss was in desperate need of rear axle bearings and man did it put me to the test. This job probably took me 5 hrs to get you guys just 9 mins of video. I was not expecting that. I had a 3" piece of pipe laying around that I used as a breaker bar and the air hammer came in handy way more than I imagined.

What torque did you use for the sprocket hub and jam nut. I've found two different torque values

I would give it probably 2 ugga duggas 🤷🏻♂️😅 I don’t know what the spec is 😬 and I didn’t set it to a specific torque. Just by you asking me that question I’m assuming you’re a better mechanic than I am 😂😂

I’m not sure. The kits aren’t expensive. Get on eBay and type in your machine and search rear axle bearings! They should come right up!

That sucks. 😅 Spray it with WD and try to heat it up?
