The reason he cut the electrical connector mounts in behind the ICC is because in some instances the ICC will not connect properly and then some of your controls will not work.

The "air sensor" is actually the central locking receiver as far as I'm aware. Not sure why people think it's an air sensor?

The u8nit on top is for your remotes sensors nothing to do with air pressure.

How did you get car for $400 Spouse run off ex payback I certainly paid a lot more.I fitted different model ICC Wish I had seen your model.I like idea of man.fan function buttons don't have to touch screen much easier when driving.Well done young man.

Get ready for the headaches mate that unit is noting but problems and they won't help you much with it. Should have read the reviews before you purchased.

@@ThePirateWhiteBeard There's a long list of issues with these units number one on the list they get very HOT and can burn out and makes it dangerous to have in your car.

A 7 inch android mounted on the dash, connected via AUX is far better and much much cheaper.

Great video mate, how’s the unit? I had the first version a long time ago but few issues. Does the stereo load quick? Does it crash? Any problems? I had to disconnect my battery to reset the stereo various times on the version one. good thing I kept my original stereo.

Overall I haven't had any major issues. I run a launch program on mine and occasionally it won't let the ac button work when you first start up the unit. The reason being that the overlay or launch program runs on top at start up. After 30 seconds its right to go though.

@@dannynicholas3908 hey bro, I installed in my ba as well air con doesn’t work. I can get it to work manually by bridging the relay. But compressor doesn’t turn on when I press ac on from head unit!!

I have since sold the ute, but right up until sale the unit was working well👍🏼 My brother has the same unit in his xr6, and it is still working fine.

Oh man I have a BA XR6T with 60000km's on the clock and even I can't justify replacing the head unit... but that is one schmick head unit and you really take for granted Bluetooth radio.. you're making me question myself now.
