Replacements can be bought cheaply on eBay or other online stores and this video shows how to remove and fit a new gearstick gaiter to improve the appearance of your interior

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for, how to replace the actual leatherette/leather cover from the shaft. The rest I've done when I replaced my transmission and did some custom wiring. Thanks!
