"Sen. Mark R. Warner (D-Va.) is attempting to assemble a group of Democratic senators to ask President Biden to exit the presidential race, according to two people with direct knowledge of the effort.
Warner is telling Democratic senators that Biden can no longer remain in the election in the wake of his faltering debate performance, according to the people familiar with private conversations who spoke on the condition of anonymity to speak freely. Warner has told others that he is deeply concerned that Biden is not able to run a campaign that could beat former president Donald Trump."

I’m mortified that I refused to believe Joe Biden was unfit for president. I saw his gaffes and blew them off, but as they rose in frequency I went into denial. Now, I’m embarrassed to admit I should have heeded those warning signs. Well, I guess at least I can admit I was wrong.

That is true but it doesn't seem to be the case with Biden. He most definitely has dementia. Organic aging can cause slower responses and diminished cognitive abilities. Our brains become lighter as we age and smaller. This is why it is not good for someone to be in a position of power at such an advanced age regardless if they have dementia or not.

Given Biden's recent statements and the bad advice he is getting from his wife and son, Biden would likely challenge any attempt by his cabinet or Congress to invoke the 25th amendment. If he challenges Congress on the attempt to invoke the amendment, it takes 21 days to clear the challenge. Removing him would require a 2/3rds vote of Congress. That process leaves him in office for at least a month from the day it starts to the eventual Congressional vote. If 2/3rds of Congress don't approve, he stays in office, even if by just 1 vote. The timing is terrible. Basically, if Biden does not voluntarily withdraw within the next week, the election and the country are doomed.

Marianne has been doing the work! She's been meeting with the people and listening for the last year and a half. She's NOT out of touch, she's NOT too old, she is a great speaker and she Knows what will make most of the population benefit. I know people who planned on writing her in before she threw her hat in!
