Let me explain you. There are two types of twins- 1)Identical (when twins of same gender are formed). To form identical twins, one fertilised egg (ovum) splits and develops into two babies with exactly the same genetic information. 2) Fraternal( when twins are of different gender and few different genes). To form fraternal twins, two eggs (ova) are fertilised by two sperm and produce two genetically different children. I hope it helped you buddy. Thank you 🌹😊
