Heyyy, thanks so much for making this informative video. It literally gives me a clear roadmap to start a business case study! Especially the part of preparing question list and your question examples inspired me a lot. Before listening to your analysis, my original thought to this case is to spot the gap between the ideal delivery and what the current system can deliver so far. I mean maybe the current system has similar functionality but just the capacity is not enough to process the massive records. If in that case, can I say that we just need to ask for technical help to optimize the current system instead of designing a new program from scratch? But like you said, organizing the meeting with stakeholders to clarify the requirements is still the first step. Thanks for any comment!
