RESA | A 600km journey across Sweden by kayak (Short Film)

A beautifully captured short film about two friends attempting to paddle 600km across Sweden from Gothenburg to Stockholm. Chris is an outdoor guide and kayak instructor and Andy who is an adventurer but has never sea kayaked before...
Andy & Chris paddle up the Trollhätte canal across Europe's first and third largest lakes, along the entire Göta canal and through the Baltic Sea. They portaged their kayaks through over 60 locks in the process.
The film brings you into the experience of this adventure through their reflections and transports the audience into nature through a soft and exploratory lens.

Enjoyed and needed to watch that - I’m just buying my first kayak it’s second hand I’m looking for adventure - I normally found in mountain biking and the mountains - kayaking has always had an inner attraction for me - I’m also scared of the water and heights -- 2023 let’s go. …. The little line at the end where you said you had cycled around the world wow

I enjoyed your video, thank you for the humble and candid way you presented. I do feel the need however to point out the obvious. Your kayaking experience would be greatly improved with a lot less gear stacked up on your deck. If it doesn't fit inside youre probably better leaving it at home , just my oppinion.😅

Sorry to respond so late, I've been Devastated by the Indiscriminate Murder of Kody, my beloved ACD Best Friend & Once in a Lifetime Dog. Kody was Beloved by all ... I never ever overcome the grief his his being ripped from my life.
