We also didn’t received the letter till this morning 10-1-21 and our appointment was 7-31-21 and I honestly don’t know if it was a mistake on the print or was the letter lost and just got it. I can’t even call because it’s Saturday. I’m worry about my case.

@@karinacaballero2539 call the phone number on the letter and say infopass you will then be directed to a live officer, they have long hold times but don’t give up. Expect to wait an hour or longer. I explained the situation tobte officer who then took my information receipt number, alien number, first and last name and date of birth , E-Mail address and phone number. They will ask to write down a reference or service item number down and will escalate it to a Tier 2 officer who will contact you and reschedule your biometrics appointment.

Update: I called one more time and said Infopass was redirected to a live person after about a hold time of 60 minutes. The officer took my information receipt number alien# name, date of birth, email address and phone number. I explained what happened and will be contacted by a Tier 2 officer who will reschedule my biometrics appointment. Make sure you have pen & paper handy, you will have to write Dow a reference or service item number down you will need to provide when the Tier2 officer is calling you back.

@@gladyskbriales no not yet I call them...on this 22 sep was my appointment date n I call them same day. They gave my verification n confirmation number .it's been like week but still no reply .. wat problem wit u ?????

@@gladyskbriales if it is just a week passed of your appointment, you can go and talk to ASO and they may get you in if, is not so busy. And that was the same my case they allowed me to do it. But if it is more then that it will be automatically go to reschedule on the system.

@@chiragpatel3204 I had it a month ago. I called and a machine only said that it will take 60 days to reprogram my appointment but didn’t ask for any of my info 😕. I’m going to the office today again. I’m really worry 😔
