When it's you or yours needing emergency help, the truck never goes fast enough. That driver was very smooth and purposeful with every maneuver. He (she) handled that truck beautifully at high speeds. The only thing that irks me is how people don't see it important to get out of the way. When I'm out on the road (I'm a package delivery driver) and a siren is approaching from back OR front, I get onto the shoulder, even the grass if I can. I get out of the way to let the emergency vehicle pass quickly. I will pull over on a 4-lane highway, regardless of the direction of the approaching vehicle, just in case it has to come onto my side. I guess they don't teach emergency etiquette in driver's training nowadays.

I hope these kids are ok. Hearing the call for lifeflight cannot be good. Thanks to rescue 50. These are great videos.

It can never be said enough, Thank you to all first responders. Rich or poor, young or old, white or black, smart or dumb, nice or mean, first responders are going to help you and me with every last effort to keep us safe. And that is what's truly beautiful about them. Thank you first responders, even when we forget to say it.

Can't tell you how many times i've seen idiots take forever to move out of the way for Dallas Fire Resuce here in Dallas cause they're not paying attention, they're either on the phone talking, trying to text or change the song. It's a little better in the Dallas suburb I live in, most move out of the way for emergency vehicles right away, it's the city idiots that are more hard headed and selfish.

That was awesome it was like i was sitting right there. Best footage. My dad is a retired police officer. I remember riding in his car when i was little (of course not during a call). But i often wondered what it felt like. No wonder their adrenaline is so high by the time they get there long or short distance. When your going that fast. Im a RN and my adrenaline is soring when a code is called by the time you run and get to where it is your ready for what ever is going to take place. This video is better than any TV show. Thanks well done. It really makes you aware of how hard and how these people put their lives on the line for us. Amazing😀

You gotta love the difference between urban and suburban areas and how drivers behave. In suburban areas, despite having plenty of room, they move aside the road and let the truck pass. In other videos from urban areas cars just WON'T move,
@ilovesquigs6 жыл бұрын
Just a reminder if there is no median separating you from the road the fire engine/ambulance/police car is on, you should pull over COMPLETELY and STOP until the emergency vehicle has passed. Itdoesn’t matter if you’re going opposite directions, or if you are two+ lanes over. If you can, you need to get the fuck out of the way. The bus at 1:52 is the perfect example.
This is fire-1 to dispatch show us going 10-8 10-41, code 4 to the 10-36.

I'm amazed how traffic on both sides of the road stop so you have plenty of room. In Australia most driver ignore emergency vehicles no matter what directing on they are travelling. Even when they right behind a car the driver thinks it's his road go around. It disgusting how they drive.
