The most beautiful family, those gorgeous babies she fed them well. she was scared when her little home in the bush was uncovered she went out to check what happen to her home, worry about her babies. We are presently fostering three young kittens that I'm guessing were taken from their mother before being dumped in a cardboard box in a garden. So cruel to them and their mother, they are only about 4 weeks old and underweight. We are bottle feeding them goats milk taken from local goats (we tried kitten formula and they don't accept it). They make a lot of noise every two hours demanding feeding and yesterday enthusiastically took a little boiled and mashed chicken fed by hand, they are starting to use a dish and are gaining weight and we see developmental progress. Two of them each have one gungy eye which we are trying our best to resolve but without much success so my wife is taking them to the vet this morning to see what she can do. Their weight is increasing daily and they are progressing with walking climbing and exploring. We have 12 other cats, all rejected one way or another in the past and they hate the kittens, giving them a wide exclusion zone. This is a pity as an adult cat could have given comfort to the kittens who huddle together with a cuddly soft toy. It's a lot of work but very gratifying.
