I genuinely sobbed! Jerry definitely remembers you! Even scientific studies show cats being reunited with their moms after over 10 years and knowing them right away! Cats have great long term memory, hence why they aren’t always as forgiving as dogs! 😹 I truly hope this isn’t the very last of Chicken Nuggets diary! I think one day in the future, Sola and Jerry should have a reunion play day! Please? 😻🐶❤️

It nearly broke my heart when Jerry had to leave. But he is a wonderful grown up "Heart" now. Sola and you can be very proud of what he became now. Of course Jerry remembers you, your voice and the smell. I had 2 cats at the age of 9 and 11 years from my collegue because of her little baby she couldn't have them no longer. She was so sad about that and didn't want to visisit the cats because she gave her heart with them. But after 6 years she came to visit us and the cats remembered the sound of her voice and her smell. You see, animals never forget anyone who gave them love and a good home. Love to you all❤❤❤

It’s heartwarming to see Jerry again. He has grown to be a good looking orange cat. It amazed me he still remembers the sound when rescuer calling ‘Jerry.’ It’s like ever was coming back to him … he came out from the hiding spot to meet his rescuer 🥰

고양이는 잊지 않아요~ 저도 길냥이 굶어서,아파서,다쳐서 죽어갈때 구해줬는데 6개월,8개월 됐는데도 제 목소리를 기억하고 아주 멀리서도 애앵~~~하고 쫓아오더라구요. 제리 정말 예쁘게 잘 컸네요. 감동...!!

At first he tried to hide because you were a stranger in his home... when you said his name he recognized your vioce and then the smelling happened to be sure... When he was sure it's you, he didn't want to leave. He's so grateful you saved his life by fostering and raising him... 5:40 - Sola was like "Wait a minute - you met Jerry? Is he in there? Where is he now, how's he doing?"

Thanks so much for the update. I wonder if you had taken Sola with you that Jerry probably would've recognized her and not be initially afraid of you thinking you a stranger trying to pet him, and run and hide. It was such fun to see that and how he had the courage to come back out and sniffled you thus recognizing his first human mommy. It was so great of you to take his first blanket that he truly loved and I'm sure brought back such great memories. And how he was so lived ny all you guys including Sola and how they let him boss them around as he grew up. Lol. 😂 I appreciate the update. I always look for them from you. You guys are the best. OMG! Loved this!!! to see Jerry go from that teeny tiny little kitten that you bottle-fed to this big gorgeous cat, was great! Clearly he loves his new owner, but is so grateful to you for rescuing and caring for him. He looks wonderfully healthy, his coat is gorgeous and clearly loved the towels that you brought him. Good to see Sola and her roommate- Tidbit? Can’t remember the little black/white dog’s name, but I think they both smelled Jerry. Thanks for sharing the journey. ❤️

So happy! I just lost my little orange Tabby Felix who reminds me of this little guy. Such a sweet and joyful moment for him.

Reminded me of an old cat that I have played when I was at my babysitter home. She is a sweet but strict old school grandma, my baby sitter. So she have around 4 or 5 cats I think, there was this orange tuxedo male with a short stubby tail(deformed) kitten that I played often which I get into trouble with my babysitter for making this tuxie kitten go scale walls and flying above their heads on catching the cat teaser😅 Well I grew up and I didn't visit my babysitters quite sometime like for 15 years. Then I came by for a festive season visit and well, my babysitter is my elder and took good care so filial piety. The tuxie orange was still around and grown more handsome,...he hold me hostage by sitting on my lap and suckle my ear, I tried to move but he growled and stared at me that I have to stay still....😅
