Ingredients for the Chilli Paste / Bahan untuk dihaluskan:
- 2 Birds-eye Chillies / Cabe Keriting (you can add more / bisa lebih banyak buat yang suka pedas)
- 5 Long Chillies / Cabe Besar (you can add more / bisa lebih banyak buat yang suka pedas)
- 5 Shallots / Bawang Merah
- 4 Garlics / Bawang Putih
- 2 cm Ginger / Jahe
- 2 cm Turmeric / Kunyit
- 5 Candle Nuts / Kemiri

- 5 Bay leaves / Daun Salam
- 2 Lime leaves / Daun Jeruk
- ½ handful of Basil / 1 ikat kecil Kemangi
- 1 Tomato / 1 Tomat - we forgot to show in the ingredients clip (lupa dimasukkin di video) 🤦🏼‍♀‍
- ½ tsp / sdt of Salts / Garam
- ½ tsp /sdt of Pepper / Lada
- ½ tsp / sdt of Sugar / Gula
- ½ cup of Water / Air
