Every backward class should be given Reservation for education and free education but I think when it comes to employment all students should be treated equally.

I think casteism will not end anytime sooner. As whenever we meet an Indian outside or inside in our country, He or She will anyhow try to know our caste and then will further make the conversation by judging accordingly. I have personally experienced this specially in our country India and three times when I was out of India by an Indian citizen. We Indians born with this casteism and die with it. That's hard to digest for few of us but that's true.

Let me correct here, Article 16(4) states reservation for both Educational and socially backward. In this video both are confused.

जिसकी जितनी संख्या, उसकी उतनी हिस्सेदारी। सभी संसाधनों पर संख्या के हिसाब से हिस्सेदारी मिलेगी तभी समानता आएगी। तभी न्याय होगा तभी बंधुत्व भी आएगा। नहीं तो यह संघर्ष बना रहेगा। देश के कितने? एससी एसटी ओबीसी pm बनें? कितने सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी में vc बनें? और कितने प्रोफ़ेसर हैं? कितने आईएएस सचिव बने? कितने लेटरल एंट्री से सचिव बनें? कितने आयोग में अध्यक्ष बनें? कितने सुप्रिम कोर्ट में जज बनें? कोलीजियम क्यों लागू है? कितने व्योरोक्रेट्स में हैं? इंटरव्यू पैनल में कितने होते हैं? रिटेन में अच्छा करते हैं फिर इंटरव्यू में खेला हो जाता है जब तक हर महत्वपूर्ण पद पर 10% सवर्ण समाज कम संख्या में होते हुए भी 90% संसाधनों पर काबिज रहेगा। तब तक आरक्षण रहेगा। आरक्षण बीमारी का इलाज नहीं है। वह दर्द की दवा है। उच्च शिक्षा में ओबीसी के लिए 2006 से आरक्षण का प्रावधान किया है । फिर भी 2019 तक सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी में ओबीसी का एक भी प्रोफेसर नहीं था। घोर अन्याय। आज सिर्फ 45 हैं जबकि 4500 होने चाहिए।

I am A Brahmin I respect all the casts in my village everybody respects me and my family we have OBC majority in my village ,also there is Good number of SC/STs they are educated ,hardworking they to respect everyone there’s not any force or pressure to make them respect or anything against there will they are prosperous and understand their dharma norm and regulations ,they are not brainwashed by anyone they do understand that A brahmin is one which educate their children who worships god everyday ,and give blessings to them not only OBC and SC/Sts should protect brahmin but also help them to maintain their decorum and position so that they can keep doing their dharma . And there’s much more to understand about this ..Like Marriage in our dharma can and should always be in between the two same varna not other and out of this they understand this …The reservation make them fill with “HeenBhavna” Stop and restrict them to think ,and make them to rely on something always ,which is by reservation is not good . There are no.of things to understand we need to follow our dharma to get back from the mess that we are in now ,we have to follow our roots
