I have a skoda octavia 2017 dsg7. It's been a bit jerky in lower gears, especially from gear 3>2. I also hear the gearbox make noise. Will this help? And can the dealer later on see that I reset it?

Will this reset metronic fault. Car driving perfectly and shifting through gears. 1.6 7speed dsg 2010 golf.

how do ,, found myself today, that to reset my SEAT 2012 leon copa dsg 7speed dry clutch box hold gear lever button in press accelerator fully. turn on ignition do not start car just first turn . youll feel thing move reset happens

@@bjarne5315 This will not get it back to factory settings. Yoy have to do that with a chuningtool. Good luck

Hello ive a audi a6c6 2.7 tdi cvt and when i pas form p to r it gives s little shake to the car , what to do my car has 270000 km , never changed transmission fluid since i buy it from 210000 km

Hi. I would advise you to change the brake fuid. If it still a problem and till shaking try to look up the fault codes with a diagnostic tool.

It’s 2024 and my wife’s 2018 Q2 mechatronics has gone to shit. 4-6 weeks wait for a sensor ,coming from Germany( I bet they’re made in China). Just under 30,000kms(18,000 miles) on the clock.Best trick is don’t buy cars with DSG, I know cos same problem with a previous Golf. Lexus forever.

Every one of these "reset" videos shows different steps and they're all bullshit. Reset is done with VCDS, period.

not true, this is the official way to do it. The only thing you have to do though, is holding the throttle pedal for about 15 seconds. No need to do all the shifting after.
