Ingredients:
Beef/ Mutton- 750grams/ 3 pao
split chickpeas - 1 cup/ 250 grams
green gram split and skinned - half cup
red lentil - half cup
cracked wheat - half cup
rice- half cup
split black gram- half cup
barley cereal- half cup
oil- 500 grams
onions- 4 medium sized
garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp-
ginger paste - 1.5 tbsp
salt- half tbsp into boiling lentils
1.5 tbsp into the meat
crushed red pepper - 2 tbsp
red chillies powder - 2 tbsp
roasted crushed cumin seeds powder -2 tbsp
coriander powder - 2 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Daleem special masala ingredients:
whole black pepper - 3/4 tbsp
cinnamon sticks - 4-5 sticks
black cardemom-2 pcs
green cardamom - 4-5 pcs
mace- less than 1 inch pc
cloves - 3/4 tsp
tailed black pepper - half tsp
nutmeg powder- less than 1/4 tsp
(green chillies, Julienne cut ginger,fried onion and lemon for garnishing)
