RESIDENT EVIL 1 Fan Remake Details,
Bravo Team has disappeared in the Arklay Mountains, accompany Jill Valentine along with the rest of Alpha Team. Their mission is to find the whereabouts of the missing team. Back to Survival horror where you must take care of every shot you make, take care of your ammunition. The game will be totally free. All rights belong to CAPCOM
The Project is being developed in parallel with the Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake, so neither project slows down the other. It is expected to be launched sometime in 2022. It will be available in many languages from the day of release, you will be able to change the language from within the game itself without game itself without the need to download another version or anything else.
Walk through the corridors of the RPD on one of its normal days before the incidents. You must reach the heliport to start the search for Bravo Team. You will see a rebuilt RPD.
Manage your inventory well, getting more space is something that can be difficult. Find defense knives to quickly run away from a zombie about to bite you. Use your flashlight whenever you want to be able to see in dark areas, you can turn it on and off as you wish. You can dodge the zombies and have a good number of weapons, but still survive the Spencer Mansion will be a challenge, ammunition will be scarce and healing items as well.

The game that defined the survival-horror genre is back! Check out the remastered HD version of Resident Evil.
In 1998 a special forces team is sent to investigate some bizarre murders on the outskirts of Raccoon City. Upon arriving they are attacked by a pack of blood-thirsty dogs and are forced to take cover in a nearby mansion. But the scent of death hangs heavy in the air. Supplies are scarce as they struggle to stay alive.

I mean, this is merely a fan project, and a DAMN GOOD ONE at that. Obviously, they didn't have a budget of MILLIONS of dollars for this to hire actors for mocap. They did their best with the animations and movements, and again, for not having real people doing mocap, they did an amazing job.

I like how you can kill important npcs in the demo, such as Jill just executing Barry, thus preventing her from safely escaping Raccoon City in RE 3

Jankiness, weird animations (especially during cutscenes) and NPCs turning into chicken nuggets aside, this looks so amazing for being a "mere" fan project. NGL though, I laughed for some reason when I heard that Wesker VA doing his best DC Douglas impersonation. LMAO!

Showing Kevin Ryman as the investigating officer during the bizarre murders is a great way to introduce him to the player. The Cutscene in the S.T.A.R.S office refers to the S.D. Perry novel of RE Zero and RE 1 (great novels by the way) which fits perfectly. Some of those cutscenes seam to be chopped of somewhat or should I say "there's something missing?" One minor detail: Joseph used a shotgun not a pistol. Some objects look way to big when compared to Jill: the sink in the bathroom, the tiger statue, the broken shotgun, furniture in the dining room (not the dinner table). I'm looking forward to play this. Is it planed to show what Wesker is doing during his disapearance? Maybe a Barry scenario or how Jill/Chris end up in a cell? I'm looking forward to play the final game. Nice work so far.👍

Looks really well done, even with all the bugs and glitches. I like how they even let you customize how Jill looks. I like Wesker's voice as well, definitely getting RE5 vibes. I was surprised to hear the grenade launcher sound effect used for the shotgun. Other than that, I really liked that they used the handgun sound effect from RE0 and RE1 remake for the handgun in this demo. That's one of my favorite sound effects.

It looks amazing! I hope Capcom makes a new RE1 with the actual model for Jill, it would be great 😁 Also, I really miss the REOutbreak characters, so it was nice seeing Kevin and Cindy at the bar! Maybe they could make a new one with the same co-op option and available for ps4/5. It would be incredible 💜

I hope they include all the stuff that was added on later in other games/pieces of lore, such as Wesker's revival and escape as the self-destruct ticked down, security footage showing Sergei and his Ivans evacuating BoW samples after the T-Virus leak, maybe a leech or two hanging around to imply RE0's Queen Leech's involvement, et cetera.

I am not a fan of the third person over the shoulder camera in horror games but this is an amazing effort. However, I still think REMake can't be topped. Its the greatest game of all time.

@@whitekong316 I don't think that's the case. I remember playing it at 4k on PC. Plus you can install an AI enhanced texture pack plus a mod to skip door animations. Well worth a try. The game looks ridiculous with those mods on and runs on a toaster.

Voices are a little cheesy lol. It looks SO great! I love the incorporation of Outbreak and changing your appearance to prepare for the mission. Selecting a weapon would be cool and also make sense. I think this could be great to add to a story binge play through. I can't wait for the full game! Love this!

What they have done very well is the size of the rooms compared to the player. Even better than most re games where for Example a hallway is so mall it only fits one person.

This all comes from a place of love .. love the idea and I love how this goes more in depth of the beginning of the outbreak. The acting could use some work unless they really wanted to stay true to the very first resident evil then I get it . Anyways as an actor myself and an avid resident evil fan since re1 ps1 version i would love to bring my acting skills to the table and voice one of the characters or even if it’s me screaming after being attacked by zombies lol count me in id love to be apart of this. 🤟🏼

this will make for a great piece on the dudes CV. capcom probably shut it down already, considering that the twitter and website seem to be gone. maybe they will at some point learn to not reveal this stuff so early. or maybe it was a metroid prime fan remake situation where the dude wanted it to get nuked just so he has a well known project on his CV. that stuff can be a great way into the industry.

This would be a major upgrade from the GameCube system of the 2001 game. The cutscenes do need work, but the potential is there. Hopefully there is a chance of a Code Veronica remake in the horizon too.

Probably too much for a single game, but I would love to see a modern RE game that ties together everything in RE0, RE1, RE2, RE3 and RE:CV. I think Capcom could make a really cool storyline that updates the old one that spans all the games and characters. Would we really cool to see Raccoon City, etc. all tied together into one game. Would be awesome! Edit: I think Capcom could even release such a game in installments (kind of like what Blizzard did with StarCraft II back in the day) where when it's all done, you have a single game that you can play all the way through with all the characters. Would be awesome.

Awesome Remake! Really digging it. I'm not so convinced about Jill's voice in the first part though, its like it doesnt really match the physical character. She deliver her lines too quickly sometimes and it just doesnt feel right. Maybe it because it's very low pitched, I dont know. But you can right away hear the difference with the original voice when they enter the mansion.

I don't think the point is to get a full game remake from dedicated fans. I think the whole idea is to get Capcom to fully acknowledge the work being done here, and inspire them to do a remake in the RE Engine just like how some fans did a Code Veronica fan remake piece to get Capcom to acknowledge that, too. Now we just need someone to do the Outbreak File #1 & File #2 Remake concepts. Only need 3 Scenarios, 2 from File #1 & 1 from File #2. Scenario: Outbreak, Scenario: Below Freezing Point & Scenario: Desperate Times are iconic scenarios throughout both games and would be nice to see some absolutely mind blowing concepts to get Capcom to acknowledge it.

@@xyoungdipsetx If everyone keeps asking for it, then yes, but doing this specifically is a requirement to get them to see that we want it. This is how it was when Invader Studios did that Resident Evil 2: Rebirth fan remake, which is how we even got Resident Evil 2 Remake in the first place.

I was younging when these games originally came out. I remember renting RE2 for PSX when I was in like 4th grade. It scared the hell out of me and it was SOOOO hard. It tramatized me so much that I avoided the games for years. Loved the movies (Always loved zombies, they just scared me to death..lol) I really wanted to go back and play through the franchise. I just installed RE0...and I want to play RE1. What do you all suggest when it comes to RE1? Should I wait for this fan remake? Play the HD version? Are there any mods for the HD version that I should install? THanks in advance!!!

Resident Evil 1 Remake was the best remake I've played so far. Another remake doesn't seem much more outstanding to me judging by what's shown here. Maybe it just needs a little more time because Resident Evil 1 is truly one of the best scary games in video game history. We can actually look forward to Code Veronica Remake.

I like how passionate the RE Community is for the old games, going as to even recreating the old games for updated game engines, hope Capcom take the initiative and remake the older titles that defined the PS1 era of Horror

tried downloading the game the files were missing to install it but after watching your gameplay i like how it went from the city to the mansion but Wesker's voice didn't fit well but but it sorta grew on me after a while i like this overall i say 7 out of 10 solid B
