@@KENDOZONE I'm glad you enjoyed! I tried to make it work with RE1 and RE2 canon as security (U.S.S) are mentioned in the keepers diary as well as researchers being shot trying to leave! Also adding the photograph that ada has in RE2 when using john as her cover story for being in raccoon city. I also added some Mr X's as Umbrella were trying to clean up any loose ends which they also do in RE2 etc xD I was going to continue work on Marvin's Mod soon! If it was a mission added to the game. It would likely be added to a physical disk along with the original game Resident Evil 1. The side mission would be like when the Gameboy Advanced released an edition of Final Fantasy 4. Which included a story you could play several years after the events of the original story.

Technically if we are speaking canon here, Ada actually doesn't really care about John or have a genuine relationship She is an agent that was honey potting him and she was also getting him to leak information as an insider from Umbrella. She only care about getting a virus sample and information to expose umbrella, destroy them and then sell the virus and data to foreign powers. Poor guy was in love and trying to do the right thing and didn't even realise Ada was a agent using him and just thought she was a reporter doing good lol.

So glad u liked it :) Yes in RE2 Ada didn't know John was dead, I think the creator of this mod made this mod for what if and for fans, and you're absolutely right. But one thing I know for sure is that, Ada was already doing her mission as a operative for "the organization" and there she knew John. Back in the days, so before the incident, she succeeded in infiltrating Umbrella USA on the organization's behalf, and there her job was gathering information on the Umbrella's research and there she got closed to John🙂. And for some explanation for this mod, the date of this mod is June 1998, as this mod states on the beginning, so it's before the re2 and re1. Ada got orders from "the organization" and she was doing her final undercover mission to retrieve the sample and data. I think this fits perfectly. And as you can see unawakened Tyrant 002 is still in the lab.

The only thing I couldn't understand was in fact the presence of John, that's why I pointed that out ☺️ I think I've got distracted when it came for the date, so I didn't realize the mod was actually set on June 1998, my bad for that 😅 As a "what if" this mod is spotless then!
