Heart key
It appears as a large, silver and red key.
This key is used to unlock a single door in the east office. The door leads to a hallway used to access the basement and night-duty room.
In the Leon A scenario, it is on the desk beside where you meet Marvin for the second time. In the Claire A scenario, you will find this key at the desk of Chief Brian Irons after finding Sherry in the other room.
Club key
It appears as a large, silver and green key.
This item opens three rooms in the Raccoon Police Station. Autopsy Room, Night-Duty room and the Press Room.
It is found by either Sherry or Ada on a shelf in the Cesspool Tank.
