Imagining Jill having a free run through the city like this, with Nemesis on the hunt searching around would've been amazing, even with the reused assets from RE2 combined with the limited areas in RE3. Shame we didn't get a more complete experience, especially when everything was already right there.

True point. I could have imagined that you going through the gate where the car-parking garage is and you keep going to different areas where they existed already in RE2 Remake! But unfortunately Capcom's imagination was different!

thats exactly what I want to pin point about this game, its almost perfect but its lack something, RE 3 remake should be a whole new a lot of level, choosing a path that will impact the game, if they wanted to remove some iconic places like the clock tower they should create a new location like a mall or focusing the entire racoon city and maintaining a chill, imitating and scary nemesis like the original game but they made him an alien or predator form which is sucks. So much potential and Capcom drop their balls for it, if they will remake 4, they better not screw it

I imagine somewhere, someone is putting together a massive map of Raccoon City, using both RE2 and RE3 locations for a more complete exploration experience.

The definitely missed the opportunity to make the streets of RC a small sandbox. That would have improved the remake a lot.

it looks like they were gonna re-use the basketball court area from re2 remake but for whatever reason changed their minds about it, cause they kept path to get to that location with the stairs by kendo's shop.

you can't go back though, there's an infinite slamming of the door of another zombie, prevent you from opening the door, it's easy to kill tem all when you have the assault rifle
