Yeah, you can run the timer down by going up and down the tower, but that first time playing it with no idea where to go or how long it would last, you’re outnumbered, low on ammo, and suddenly there’s maniacs with chainsaws… absolutely terrifying!

Who else noticed that Ganados are also setting up bear traps while you are fighting them? A fine addition to the experience.

Just finished the demo. It was intense, nearly got overwhelmed by the Ganados but my previous experience of OG RE4 kicked in and kept me alive. Didn't manage to kill the chainsaw man but at least the "bingo" line is still in it.

This game seems like if you use the same OG tactics, it will carry you far. Headshot and then kick. Rinse and repeat

There's an awesome detail, on when Leon's aiming on a closed range enemy. He is using CAR or Center axis relock. Method in which shooters use when the target is in close range

@@mjcastro82 Pretty sure Nintendo still have the rights to the name, but one of the lead devs of Eternal Darkness, set up a kickstarter campaign for a spiritual successor a couple years ago, but unfortunately failed.

Beat it last evening and it's 10/10 material. The survival horror genre will reach new heights on March 24! What a treat!! Just to think that the campaign will have more than 20 hours of this madness makes me a happy gamer. Many playthroughs will follow!!

This brought back some seriously awesome memories! Love that they kept some little Easter eggs in there, like the sound of the radio when you connect to hunnigan, the cow in the little barn or the shotgun at the top of the stairs. Sad that the dog was dead though… Can’t wait for this
