@@gaminggoddess85 RE2 remake and RE4 remake are completely the Japanese team. RE3 remake on the otherhand had some help from American employees and I think that may have to do with part of its failure.

@gizmo re3 remake was such a let down. For its own game it was fun, but cutting as much content as they did and making nemesis have select areas to chase you was so disappointing. I hope they do another remake with all the material from the original re3 nemesis. One day hoping🙏

Nice catch, I didn't connect it with the concept art but it does indeed look like that. We cut away from that enemy in the trailer, they might introduce the plagas with him. Could be more than a one off nod to that Easter egg too, it could be major part of the design in fighting plagas ganados in the game.

first ganado also does way more damage compared to the ones a little bit later without the plaga coming out

Hope some elements from 3.5 make it in. Probably an unpopular opinion but the Las plagas infection causing hallucinations like the fog monster and hookman would fit, but I'd understand why they wouldn't do it. Certainly would be a shock

@@jonathanvallee8779 more than welcome mate. I absolutely loved re4 on gc and ps2. I always check under the shelves in Games top aand found the steel book Re4 for like 15€. I would do runs like where I'd change up what guns I got... Id sink everything into the Red9 or use the Tmp to stun and kick etc. And I sunk many hours into dead space. I'd do a run using only the plasma cutter or mix up what weapons I upgraded etc. I never played a game as tense and engaging as it. I got that and would play in the dark with headphones. One time I was creeping through a section where I knew I was going to get ambushed and one of my cats jumped on my lap. I'd like to say I let out a manly roar, like you'd hear in an 80s action movie when the hero charges at the baddies with a machine gun, but it was a high pitched scream! The cat and controller flew out of my lap and my heart was BANGING! 😂 I really hope that Re4 and DS live up to the hype. I have a feeling that they will. Can't wait!

It was a day 1 buy for me back in the GCN days.

That's probably why they didn't let the team that worked on the RE3 remake work on this one. Capcom's in-house team, the same team that developed the 2 remake, are working on 4. Additionally, the producer for this game was the lead designer for the original.

@@blueflare3848 Good to know! RE4 looks amazing. I wish they had taken the time to make RE3 Remake, but now it's too late. The two worst mistakes were giving the project to another studio and developing it alongside RE2.

@@RoshGG Yes, exactly. I think the reason they did that was so the remakes could be released around the same time. Unfortunately it seems they pushed for quantity over quality. It's a shame. The RE3 remake had such great potential, but it just doesn't feel like the same amount of effort and dedication went into making it when compared to the 2 remake (and the 4 remake, based on what we've seen so far).

@@BornTwizted87 The issue there is that at the moment, yes, it may hold it back, but I'm sure if you were one of the people who didn't have a pc, ps5 or Xbox Series S, you'd feel the same way about last gen still getting support. It wouldn't be fair to have the consoles barely avaiable and then suddenly completely stopping Last Gen support, that's how you lose your customers fast. Everytime I wanted to get a Ps5, it wasn't avaiable anywhere I looked. And with RE4 being most likely my favourite game of all time, you can't stop me from being happy that I will get to play this.
