Richard is my favourite voice for Wesker. Doesn't sound as nasally as Douglas.

No I can deny it, D.C. Douglas is the definitive Wesker. Waugh sounds like a too cartoony and over the top bad guy who’s always twirling his mustache evilly.

@@joshshin6819true. The Sega Saturn version of RE1 had an "Extreme Battle mode" where you have to go around the mansion to escape, encountering different enemies. And in one room, a zombie Wesker is waiting, being tough enough to go down with 4 magnum bullets.

Resident evil story line for the old Re games that happened in year 1998: 23- 24 july: Resident evil 0 Rebecca & billy events. wesker beginning from umbrella chronicles. Rebecca nightmare from umbrella chronicles. 24-25 july: Resident evil 1 chris & jill events. Wesker rebirth in umbrella chronicles. 22-23 September: Resident evil 2 birkin death and mutation. 28 September: Resident evil 3 until jill inject by nemesis virus. 29-30 September: Resident evil 2 claire A & leon B events. Hunk in 4 th survivor. 1 october: Resident evil 3 jill escape the raccoon city. Ada in death door from umbrella chronicles.

Must be the 4rd media I experienced Resident Evil with. After RE3 Remake on gamecube and RE4. I still think the moment the narrative derailed was when the devs made Wesker a "mad scientist" stereotype IN 5. When I saw this for the first time I amways depicted Wesker as a power behind the throne kind of guy. Always hidding in the shadow and collecting his virusus for his own gain, reforming a new company by himself.

Something which has confused me for a while. What would have happened if the Tyrant cut Wesker in half before killing him? The virus couldn't possibly recover his torn limbs, or am I wrong?

theoretically, if the t-virus was able to regenerate all the organs and skin the tyrant pierced when he skewered wesker, then it should also be able to allow him to reattach his torn limbs. we've seen ethan's ability to do it with the miraculous mold afterall. would it have worked in gameplay though? i'm not too sure .. i have a feeling the t-virus works somewhat slower in regeneration compared to the mold.

See Wesker's Report came out before *Bio Organic Weapons* had ever been spoken in the games. So Richard Waugh was given the task of reading the script and going with it. He was the BEST. Umbrella Chronicles was the FIRST game in the series to use the term *B.O.W. * which sounded weird to me. But since UC, Darkside Chronicles, RE5, the Revelations games, RE6 and all that jazz im used to B.O.W. now. 🤷

Up to that point he was basically the only other surviving STARS member. Of course Wesker murders him in the caves later. Also...technically Richard Aiken was still alive and dies later from his snake bite 🐍 and that had to've been Kenneth Sullivan shooting when the STARS enter the Main Hall of the mansion and they hear a gun shot. And of course you'll find his body in the hall, he gets basically the most iconic zombie death scene in RE. So that's two others...i guess he wasn't paying them any mind. Enrico was more important though, cause he figured out what was going on.

There's no way I'm watching all this, but I'm told that "Wesker's Report" explains how Ada Wong survived that fall. But all it says is that she almost died and Wesker "saved" her. How? Holy shit, this all looks so badly thought out and everything is retconned even worse. I'm not blaming Capcom of course, it's just that they never thought this franchise would get this big and complicated

So its never explained what this rival company of Umbrella was. You just have to take Leon’s word that it was Neo-Umbrella or possibly whoever leaked the outbreak in Europe. I don’t think it could have been Tricell or Wells Pharama or whatever they are called from Degeneration. 19:19 so this was Retconned In the RE3 Epilogue she was at an army base where she was trained to become what she was in RE6. Here wesker makes it seem like he Kidnapped her at some point.

Resident Evil 3 (1999) Endings and Resident Evil Dark side Chronicles (2009) states and show how Leon and Sherry were saved by the US army forcing Kennedy to work for them. This Report is from Code Veronica which was been coproduced along with RE3 with two different teams so that's the reason why the video contradicts the canon establish by another. Resident Evil 2 Remake didn't do shit about the canon at all.

This was made in advacement of RE 4, when it still was RE 3.5, the original story involved Leon going to rescue Sherry, as she was kidnapped and along the way he was uncovering the origin of the Progenitor Virus as he was infected with it (which caused him hallucinations.) This cannon was changed WAY before RE2 Remake. RE4 dropped the Progenitor Virus stuff and was later reused it in 5, and Sherry was "swapped" with Ashley. By the time we hear about Sherry again we met her in RE6 and she was never kidnapped.

Not really the first re1 was supposed to be one off game but try Changed their mind after great sells numbers Same with re2 (originality intended to be last but Changed the story and want to continue it) Same with originally story of "re3.5" It's simply thing normal in resident evil

So the entire thing is available for people to see. The uploader possibly doesn't have the ability to understand Japanese or the technical knowledge to put fansubs. As for why the subs never were there to begin with? It's a Japanese release for Japanese audience that Capcom, in their infinite wisdom, decided didn't need to come Stateside or to Europe.

I think when Wesker's Report came out Leon A/Claire B was considered to be the canon story, but RE6 confirmed that Claire A Leon B was part of RE2's canon as well
