Its really surprising that I haven’t seen a single person on KZfaq realize that the video of Mia saying “stay Away!” Never made it to Ethan before he went to get her. The opening cutscene is us in Mias perspective Making the video. The hands playing with the screen are her setting up the recording. Ethan didn’t ignore the video bc he never saw it before he went. He comes bc he gets an email just telling him where she is and to come get her.

Gotta love how Resident Evil games encourage you to play in different ways with the trophy list, makes them highly replayable.

No matter how many times I’ve seen this game beaten, it’s one of my favorites to watch over and over again

I remember when I was trying to complete Ethan Must Die for the trophy, and I was constantly taking notes on what traps where were, what enemies spawned, and even managed to whittle down which boxes were 100% traps regardless of randomisation. It was mad but my god did it feel satisfying to finally beat, just inching closer and closer worth every attempt like you’re chipping through a mountain of stone.

Fun fact: when Ethan winters gets the chainsaw when he fights Jack baker he says “Groovy” as he picks up the weapon and starts it. This is a reference to Ash Williams In the evil dead franchise.

The production quality is something that even giant KZfaqrs don't care to do. By far my favorite series on KZfaq solely because of how you put these videos together.

Resident Evil 7 will always have a big soft spot in my heart, I really do love it so much! So seeing you nab those trophies is especially awesome. As always good job!

Last year me and my best friend sat and replayed RE7 nearly 7 times in one day (lol) to get the platnium trophy. And the fact you can’t skip cutscenes were killing us we ended up reciting the game by heart but every time we got to the boat section we’d acc tear up bc no matter how many times we played it we’d get lost 💀

I earned the platinum for this back when the game first released, but haven't done any of the DLCs yet. I got kind of burnt out on the game for a while after doing the madhouse run. The boss fights are absolutely brutal, especially the first mia fight where you can't miss any shots or you'll have no chance to beat her

Getting the fly swatter and spicy meat ball trophies are much easier to get when u play on madhouse since the AI is more aggressive. I struggled getting both of those trophies back when the game first came out, then I read to do it on mad house and got them no problem. BTW, u definitely should do a video on resident evil 8 and the new dlc

I just got my platinum of RE7 today and it was so satisfying. I know I am a bit late but better late than never! This is definitely on the podium of my fav RE games of all time 🏆

Gosh This was painful because I played it 7 times for the platinum because of the Gosh Darn Coins & Mr Everywheres especially the 1st one where it requires the videotape, the madhouse difficulty, & opening the item box at the wrong place

I got the platinum for this game when it came out. Madhouse mode was pretty insane. Loved how it changed the playthrough. Going to the Overwatch platinum rn. Got to say it is one of the most painful game to platinum lol. I will get it one day

Tbh I found this platinum far easier than the village one. The only hard part in this entire platinum was killing Mia at the start of the game on madhouse. It took me like maybe 3 hours. Legendary cowboy was just... Torture. On the village platinum.

I can relate a lot with this video because I also got the platinum in Resident Evil 7 recently. It is game that I love because it made me love the Resident Evil franchise. I played it close to the lauch and since than I played Resident Evil 2 and 3 Remake. I will play Village soon( unfortunately I was busy when it launched). I am still working on the DLC because 21 survival+ took more time that I was expecting.

I've played and replayed this game so many times and I've never found Mia's handbag with her driving licence in it!

On a very serious note, what impressed me the most in your video wasn't the platinum but the DLC trophies which are so much harder than the base game. And you brushed it off like it was nothing, it's fucking brutal. I have 1 trophy left for the 100%.... Night terror. But I spent a long ass time defeating Joe Must Die, kept dying to bombs. I spent 2 hours in Not a Hero Professional mode boss alone... And "don't keep the man waiting" trophy nearly broke me. The plat was a walk in a park compared to the DLC. Well done man you make it seem easy.

I just finished my platinum just today, my last run was in madhouse mode, no unlimited bullets because my dumbass past self deleted the save data long ago. It was torture to run for the 33 coins but when I got them and the trophy popped on the screen I felt a satisfaction like never before. All the torture was worth it, and I just go to KZfaq to rest and see your video in my recomendations, another person having fun and suffering with exactly the same things I did. Undoubtedly my favorite resident evil so far and sure thing that when I'm not so burnt out I'll go for the Resident Evil Village platinum.
